Here I am, talking about getting out of your comfort zone for 2016. I have written a six-week mindfulness course and an accompanying book which is in progress, based on six aspects of ourselves to focus on each week, with mindfulness and meditation activities and reflections.
I am available to do this course over Skype as a 1:1, meaning you don't have to live in my town to complete the course!
